This course prepares students for the API 510 exam by providing a good understanding of “Pressure Vessel—Maintenance Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration.” The training is a one-week intense session that focuses on the use of relevant codes and calculations.
Inspectors, Quality Managers, Plant Engineers, Supervisors, and other interested parties engage with personnel involved in piping systems. Individuals in charge of evaluating the mechanical integrity of in-service pipe systems in process plant applications, as well as managers in charge of implementing a piping maintenance programme, who want to know how to evaluate them. This session is also for people who engage with inspectors, managers, supervisors, maintenance and operations in the oil field, as well as those who are taking the API 570 tests.
